About the house:

Alcorso Vista captures the styling of federation in the materials natural finish. It is built over 5 levels, centre stage is the cavernous kitchen in/out living room. The house includes tardis entrance, quintuple slider patio door, Japanese bathrooms, elevated sitting room and a built in granny flat.

The Design Process

Solar Flair homes place a lot of emphasis on a collaborative design with the clients. The Alcorso Vista clients gave us the brief of raw finish to materials, federation facade styling, separation of each function space, Japanese layout to the inside entrance and wet areas, rustic kitchen, polished concrete, exposed timber, internal bricks from grandmothers farm house, feel of warmth and busy. It took 14 revisions of the design to get the right total package but in doing so the clients repeated weekly throughout the build how this is exactly what I wanted.
