About the house:

3 living rooms in a central spine link the house together. This centre is lit with clerestory windows. All Bedrooms are greater than 12m2 and the master bedroom opens onto the main courtyard. The wide garage is flanked with storage and workshop.

The Design Process

The client liked to see 3-D models of options before deciding what to do. Solar Flair Homes were happy to provide 14 revisions of the house design prior to starting with the build. Having taken the time to get the design just right, we lost count through the build of how many times the client remarked “that’s exactly what I want”.
